Used on front porch that has terra cotta tiles, full sun.Had mortar pointed up. Sealed around the tiles. Over a year later looks like work was just done yesterday.Excellent product.

Easy to apply. Hasn't been down long enough to determine longevity. Somewhat expensive, but worth the price if it works.

After finally breaking down and having our 20+ year old concrete driveway pressure washed, I knew I had to do something drastic to keep it nice. It's taken a beating over the years, and the aggregate of the concrete is visible in many areas. I did my research on sealers and this one came highly recommended. It didn't disappoint. A five-gallon drum let me treat my porch, sidewalk and back porch with one coat, and nearly two coats on our driveway. The water truly beads up now. It's only been a month, but I'll be watching to make sure it stays this way for as long as they say (7-10 years). Need to set a reminder to update this each year...

I ordered this to seal a bit of concrete patch work I had to do after sealing a patio. A little goes a very long way. As before, the product is very easy to use, doesn't change the color of the concrete, repels water very well. The water doesn't bead, but why would you want it to? It quickly runs off a slope. I can't speak of how long it does its job, but so far it has performed as advertised.

Used Foundation Armor to waterproof the crown on my chimney and my parapet coping. Needed a clear penetrating sealer that would repel water but was breathable. You dont want to trap any moisture that soaks into masonry. It needs to be able to dry out. I plan to reapply as needed as preventive maintenance.

Used to reduce water loss from fountain.

I found this product online and was drawn to it because it advertises no color change for the stone. The project was an inside faux stone fireplace wall.I tried it both a light and dark colored stone behind the stove, spraying it on with a squirt bottle and immediately brushing it out with a new paint brush. After 24 hours, I could not see any color change in the light stone, and the dark stone change was almost imperceptible. The sealer did bring out some of the natural contrast in the dark stone, but it actually looks better to me.I purchased the 16 oz bottle and it covered about 50 sq ft of the wall. The bottom 4 rows on the right side are untreated. Check out the attached pictures and judge the color for yourself.By the way, water beads on the stone surface now like it is a duck’s back.I will purchase another 16 oz. bottle to finish the job, and will not hesitate to use the product on my next project, which is a stone walkway from my driveway to the house and raised garden.
