Great idea that works very well - the blade trims the wires flush to the mating face of RJ45 ,not too heavy for extended use and I was also sent a very useful cable tester with it !Many thanks for decent tools at a reasonable price !

Only done a couple of test crimps and both worked perfectly and tested good with data, so very happy with the product and fittings.

Good kit, the pass through crimps are great. Terminated a lot of cat5e solid core and had 0 issues, however when crimping cat6 with solid cores I do get issues with pair 8 not crimping fully - I’m going to try alternative crimps to see if the issue is the crimps or crimpers.In short for cat5e these are great, cat6 - less so.

I’ve occasionally made up my own Ethernet cables and always struggled with the connectors - getting 8 wires lined up in the right order isn’t always easy and if you think you have one gets crossed over as you thread into the connector. This tool together with pass through connectors is a total game changer .So easy to use and getting it right first time is now common place! I’d cut through an external Ethernet cable whilst strimming and managed to reconnect everything with this tool, a connecting block and 2 pass through connectors. Great job me !!!

With the new style of rj45 clips, that allows the cables to be pushed through them trimmed later makes this tool irresistible and does the job perfectly.Making up the ethernet cables is made easier with this tool and the open ended clips, you can arrange the twisted pairs more easily and fit the clips in no time at all and perfectly.Would recommend one of my best purchases ever.

After years of making off cat 5 and cat 6 cables with the old standard crimper, making sure the colour sequence was correct and cutting the cores to the correct length to fit in the rj45 plugs, this crimper makes terminating cat 5 plugs a breeze in comparison. You won’t be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Missing parts and crimper stopped cutting after first 3 connection..No use saving money if you end up wasting time and having to start all over again!Very disappointing experience!
