I would say yes but do a small patch test on your skin to see if it breaks you out . The formula may be a bit greasy for your liking. It all depends on your skin type, concerns, etc... But If you are a bit worried about trying this on your face I suggest trying out their skin therapy oil for the face.

No, this product is fragrance free. If you smell it very closely all you smell is oils.
