how easily does the pen come off? I want to use as name markers for glasses at a party and do not want the pen rubbing off on hands.

It doesn't come all the way off, but does smudge pretty badly, no matter how much time has passed since you've written with the pen.

I didn’t receive any of the mini labels?

That’s a shame. They work perfectly for wax melt shells. You should contact the seller and/or amazon directly.

Could these be used as name tags for people at a party?

In theory yes, they could be used as name tags. However, I do not know if the adhesive on the back of the labels would remain on the people's clothes. I think labels specifically made to be name tags use a less tacky adhesive (similar to Post It notes having a less tacky glue so they can be removed easily).

Are these microwave safe?

I don’t know. I haven’t tried them in a microwave.
