Don't like the feeling of wire beneath
The cushion of my chair became pretty much useless after a half year purchasing the chair, and therefore I started to try putting on chair cushions. The first one I tried was, Obus Forme because of good rating. However, when I tried it, it was disappointing. The cushion itself is not bad, but I can feel the wire beneath, and it is just awkward and not very comfortable for me. Since I have open the package and tried sitting on it, I could not return and have to sell it, but considering shipping and reduced price, there was pretty much no difference if I jut throw it away. I would recommend Memory Foam Seat Rest instead of this.

No hip pain
After suffering through a trip last spring to Italy, I decided to find a solution to hip pain from hard seats. I used this seat on flights to and from Costa Rica and on a tour bus winding through the mountains on twisting, bumpy roads for eight days. The seat performed magnificantly! I usually experience hip pain on long trips/flights as I don't have much padding on my derriere and airline/bus seats are often hard and uncomfortable for me. Not so this time! No pains in my hips made for a more enjoyable experience for me. Pura Vida!

I need more padding.
This is a quality product and I like that the front 1/3 is removable for shorter chairs or seats. I have a terrible back situation (scoliosis, double curve, operated on over 30 yrs ago) plus a rear end collision last year. I am doing all that I can to keep my back in shape. I bought this to add more support to my Herman Miller Aeron chair. I also bought the back support on eBay. I wish the seat had more cushion. I can feel the wires surrounding each 1/3 of the cushion. It almost feels like a wire hanger under a foam cushion. Don't get me wrong, I'm sitting on it now and it does make the front end of my chair more comfortable for my legs. I'm glad I bought it, but my boney a.. needs more than this provides.

Really wish I didn't order it.
I have been an Obus backrest user for years. They are not that comfortable, but using them continuously does wonders for your back problem. However, I just can't see any benefit from the seat. It does make some seats softer, but $ 50 is a lot for what I consider a cosmetic item. Put your money into another backrest.

Comfy, but not that good
It is a pad, but I expected it would have more padding/support. Currently, it only marginally improves putting a cotton pillow on the chair. So either buy something else or save yourself the money and place a pillow on the Chair!

Great help for sitting after hip replacement
I got a total hip replacement mid-December. When I purchased this seat, I was looking for something to help me sit on a hard chair. I had tried several other cushions, including the Tush Cush, and they were all too hard. This works great. It's been 2 months sice I've ordered it and 3 months since the hip replacement. I still have difficulty sitting on un-padded chairs. I take this pad with me since it's easily portable and am able to sit for two hours without discomfort.

Solves problem with Prius seats
I have a 2005 Toyota Prius. For a relatively expensive car, the Prius seats are quite poorly configured. They lack thigh and lumbar support, and are particularly uncomfortable on extended trips. I am using the Ultra Forme seat cushion and it vastly improves the comfort of the seat and solves the thigh support problem. I have tried using it in conjunction with the back seat cushion, but the back seat cushion takes up too much space.
