After dealing with other cheap and horrible brands made in China where gears would slip and metal would twist and bend I had enough and was on the search for something made by a real company. It took forever to find something but glad I stuck with it and found these. This thing is top notch, made with high quality materials and will probably last a lifetime for home use! Feeling solid while handling.

The scoop is well made, with strong material and good quality.But it is SO BIG, I wish I had picked the smaller size.The problem is it never really worked well, very difficult to pick up any ice cream - hard or soft.

My wife try to use it. With no luck. We are very dissapointed. By time we had try it. The refund period had past.
