How do I insert blade?

It's easy, press the side of the inserted blade on a hard surface, if it doesn't pop open, turn to other side. When it pops open, take out the old blade and insert the new blade by a lining the holes in the blade with the prongs of the scraper. Then close the open arm till it pops shut. I take mine apart after every use to clean it. They seem to last much longer that way. Hope that helps :)

Does this clean metal parts of gas stove tops?

Not 100% sure, but having used it I would think so. The blades are tough, but should not scar the metal. It may not be sharp enough to get under some gunk but if the gunk is soft it should work. Good luck.

Will regular razor blades fit?

If the razor blade is the same form factor as the hr plastic blades it could work, but is untested. Other solutions with positive retention control are safer for actual blades.

Does the black scraper come with white blades?

I would assume it would come as pictured... I ordered the blue one and it did come with orange blades as pictured
