Great as a Supplement or for Distance Running to Prevent Cramp
I don't use these as a supplement but rather as a replacement for the ridiculosly expensive Salt Sticks for distance running especially in the summer months to prevent cramp. Whilst not as nice tasting as the flavoured Salt Sticks these neutral salty tabs can be swallowed whole (they're pretty small) or if you don't mind a slight salty taste will dissolve quickly in the mouth. For their size they have a very high salt content, work well and are priced very reasonably. Recommended.

Good value, ingredients as good as more expensive brands
I found i was borderline dehydrated so I bought these tablets, yes they are harder to use than the drops, but the ingredients are as good as some of the more expensive options. I've knocked off 1 star as quite a few of my tablets were crushed, there was a lot of loose powder in the bottom of the bag

Great product, works very well for cramp
Delivered quickly. Only taken for 2 days & already seen a difference, no cramping at all. I drink a lot of water & banana a day, it’s just not enough to stop cramps although I do sweat a lot. Will buy again.

I have been taking Electrolyte Pro for a month now and I can say that it has made a noticeable difference in my hydration and energy levels. I work out regularly and sweat a lot, so I need to replenish my electrolytes to avoid cramps and fatigue.
