We love our Waterdrop! It is such a great water filter pitcher, very efficient providing great tasting water and a surprisingly fast water filtering process. This is our second pitcher, my son dropped our first one. We knew we had to replace it again with the same thing!

This is the second one I've bought. This one was a little larger than the first one. I love both. The smaller one fits better in my fridge cuz it's full of "stuff" so I got a larger one because I'm drinking more water now that I have this pitcher. I no longer need to get the expensive bottled water I was getting as this delivers delicious water. I use this filtered water in the icemaker, and the coffee maker so I don't have to decalcify those two things and of course making ice with this water keeps me drinking water all day, just like the doctor ordered. I really love it. Easy to use, filters quickly, I like the light blue color. It's just great.

We're enjoying our pitcher! We were going through 1-2 gallon jugs per day. We wanted to be more environmentally friendly so we gave this guy a shot. It's pretty easy set up, but still keep your instructions. There are a few easily explained steps to install and activate the filter. I do wish it was bigger. I'm sure they make them bigger. But it'd have to be huge to keep up with our family. We all have 30+ ounce cups we refill all day and as long as the previous person refilled it, it'll just basically take the whole pitcher. It's not hard at all to refill, just time consuming. You could just fill the reservoir up and pop it in the fridge.. but that won't fill it up quite all the way. So you have to wait a couple minutes for it to filter and add some more. That's just personal preferences, really. It's a great pitcher, regardless of size. And we're glad to have it.

I have had my pitcher for over 3 years. It gets a workout all day. My water in my area is really nasty, how it looks and taste. With this pitcher, it comes out clean and tasting great. Recently, the sensor went out on my pitcher. I called and spoke with Rebecca, with water drop. She was amazing, courteous, friendly and professional. I was expecting to buy a new pitcher from them or buy another sensor but they sent me a new pitcher in just a couple of days. Our household is up and running again. Thank you Rebecca and water drop.

The pitcher filters quickly, and the water tastes good. It's much faster than Pur pitchers, for example, which take forever. I use it to filter the strange-smelling tap water in my apartment. It's well made and looks about the same as it did a year ago when I got it. The customer service is responsive and helpful. I reached out because the battery in the filter life indicator had run out, and Olivia took care of me.
