How long does it take to charge

Hi,it's about 3 hours to full charge.

Does it come charged?

Mine did took it out of the box and was going to charge it but was at 100% already.

Does this jumper come with case?

Mine did not come with a protective case just the cardboard box. Aren't we suppose to get a case like all the other jumpers? how do you expect me to keep this protected and all the cables together? i'm returning it.
