Didn’t have O-ring and mallet was useless
I was really looking forward to this product. But when it arrived, the packaging was rubbish and the O-ring to hold the bowl wasn’t in there. I tried to use it still and it just moved around on the side. Also the mallet isn’t great for this bowl as the outer edge of bowl is rough. Which doesn’t make best sound. So I’ve now had to send back and wait for a refund. Not very happy. Would buy again.

bad quality
Didnt sing, bowl was too rough so it just chafed and you could hear it rubbing. the sound was nice when ringing it but any rubbing stopped sound instantly.
