Pur Murphy, Space-Saving Wall Bed for Multipurpose Room, Queen, White

I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to share this time. This is a quality product and saved me lots of money compared to buying custom with similar end result. I’m decent at furniture assembly but had to call in our handyman for this one. Also, a mix up on side cabinet. The picture showed drawers but that’s not what arrived however they did work with me on a resolution I was satisfied with.

It was a fun project for my wife and I to assemble. The directions were complete and comprehensive. Follow the directions, don’t cut corners or you will be in trouble. After you complete this you can got to work for IKEA.

The media could not be loaded.  If you aren’t good at assembling furniture I won’t recommend this. We are very happy with our purchase.

We needed a 3rd bed in our house and this murphy bed was perfect for us. Early on I broke a small connector device and when I called and asked how to get a replacement they immediately told me they would send a replacement and asked if I would like two of them incase I broke another. The construction was pretty clear but I do have experience with this type of construction. Near the end we opened the last large box and one of the large façade pieces had a small gouge on a front edge. This part is about 3' x 7' and very heavy. The parts come very well packaged so it was clear to us that the damage happened at the factory. They said they understood, apologized, and said they would send a replacement. They were so pleasant and professional I was super impressed. They are great at answering questions regarding construction. I look forward to buying from them again because they are so great to work with.

I am wary of buying large items on the internet just because I have had issues with freight delivery in the past. This bed came in a pile of boxes on a pallet but thankfully it arrived undamaged. I am very happy with the product and my kids no longer have to sleep on an air mattress when they visit.

WAS A BAD CHOICE... THE DRAWERS DO NOT MEET UP RIGHT AND STICK OUT. THE HEAD OF THE BED HAS A HUGE GAP THAT THE PILLOWS KEEP FALLING THROUGH EXPOSING THE 2 LIFT PISTONS TO BANG YOUR HEAD ON.... ALL IN ALL I LOVE THE BED AND THE IDEA OF HAVING EXTRA ROOM WHEN I DON'T HAVE GUEST, JUST WISH I HAD SHOPPED AROUND MORE. THIS BED IS VERY POORLY PUT TOGETHER AND NOW AFTER SPENDING $ 1700. I AM STUCK WITH A HUGE MESS I CAN'T JUST GET RID OF THE ASSEMBLEY TOOK LIKE 8 HOURS SO BOOM I WAISTED OVER $1840. WIT BED AND ASSEMBLEY !!! SHOP AROUND FIRST !!!

Arrived in great condition - delivery company took great care of it. And once put together looks just like the picture - great piece of furniture.

easy to assemble and install. very pleased with quality of product. looks better in person than picture! delivery was very prompt. very pleased with item and would recommend to anyone.
