I haven’t used this yet as it is a Xmas gift. I had some concern whether it would fit in a small oven, not to worry, it fits perfectly. For those wondering, handle edge to handle edge is 12 3/4” and 10 3/4” across the side pouring spouts. It seems to be of good quality with no rough edges from the casting. I’m sure after some additional seasoning that all cast cookware requires it will become one of my favourite pans.

Don't leave water on surface too long. Will rust. Harder to clean out in between ridges. Great weight and very heavy. Cooked evenly

If I do not want to Fire up my grill because of the heat outside, this is a great grilling pan!

I just received my pan. When I opened it I noticed there was rust on the bottom of the pan left side of pictures

This is a very nice skillet, has great heat distribution, good taste great and it is easy to clean!! These would be a great gift, I bought it as a gift but decided to keep it. 😊

From the promo-video I was sure it was American made. To my surprise it is not. China again!!! Probably cheap iron poorly processed.

Good pan. Fry up burgers or chicken or steak and get the grill marks. Be sure to clean it as cast iron needs to be cleaned and dried well. Nice size with handles for ease of use

I would not buy this type of cast iron skillet again because it’s heavy and a pain to clean. I use a metal wire brush to clean after cooking, wipe it down on the inside and also outside with lots of paper towels to remove the grease, and reheat it on the stovetop to make sure it’s completely dry. Brush needs to go in dishwasher after.

Very hard to keep clean lots of work ! It cooked the steak’s okay .
