Ariat Men's Hybrid Street Side Western Boot

I bought these to be general utility and work boots. They fit well, snug at the ball as expected, but do not work up and down. They are nice to walk it but limited cushion, you are buying western boots after all. The sole is nice and grips quite well, I've worn them in snow and wet grass and they do not slide around like typical western flat soles.The leather is well oiled and treated. They shed water pretty well but I will be keeping up on the treating to ensure they do not get water marked, but these are work boots for me. They've been breaking in well, I've worn them now about 5 days and stretching to the contour of my foot pretty quickly.My only complaint is the top of the boot is a hair wide. Pants tend to get stuck on them and stay up a little until you stomp them back down. This is true with standard cut and boot cut jeans. Obviously if you wear tight fit jeans, you probably aren't buying these boots, so no need to worry there.

They do fit comfortably, although I have to wear thicker socks for them to be snug. I love the classy heel stripes and the double welt stitching.The only drawback is my pair has a fairly noticeable differentiation in color between the toebox and the rest of the boot. The toe area is darker and there is almost a "line" separating it from the rest of the shoe, even though it's one piece of leather. I've not seen any image of this model with this kind of distinctiveness.

I tried on every boot at Cabelas and Boot Barn and did not find a boot that fit nearly as good as these. I have pretty wide feet and pretty flat feet. I wore them last night and I figured wear them at work for a while today to get some use. Well, I work at a stand up desk and I am 7 hours into the day and still wearing them and still standing. Pretty crazy. The bottom is amazing as well. Not slick like most boots.

Wear these daily. They are just a little bigger than expected but with normal socks no issue.

I originally purchased these Dec 2016 and had to return them as they were way to small. I wear a 9.5 EE shoe and most boots a 9EE. I reordered Nov 2017 and the sizings appear to have changed. I first ordered the 9.5 EE and they were too big so I returned them and got the 9EE. This time they fit fine. Very similar to the Ariat Rambler fit.

Great boot but it was narrow in the width. I already had a pair of these so I was surprised when this pair was narrow in the width. I took out my trusty shoe stretcher devices and applied a generous amount of Leather Therapy Conditioner and Restorer to the width section of both boots, inserted a shoe stretcher in each boot. After 24 hours the boots fit just like my 1st pair of these same boots.

I love these boots! I’m happy I got a half a size smaller than my usual shoe size. I wear them daily and the only thing I wish is they were a bit more comfortable in the insoles. After a long day wearing them my feet get a bit sore, but I still love them.

Nice looking and great quality. They are just too hard to put on without a boot strap on the back. It scrunches up and you can't pull on the back.
