Do the rubber stoppers and caps come off the bottle and I have to crimp them on?

The vials come without the rubber stoppers and caps on them. You have to apply the stoppers and caps yourself and then crimp them. Make sure they’re crimped tight, one of my 3 crimpers didn’t work so well

can these be autoclaved for liquid mushroom culture samples?

I would assume the glass can be, however the flip tops are horrible on these. The mostly pop completely off the bottle
