My problem was the ink did not work.I just put the new ink in and it worked fine. I told the co. I would let them know when I used it and change my rating if it worked as it should.The ink I got did not work in my printer and i had to return it. The story didn't end there the company sent me new ink, and they kept in touch to see when I put it in my printer I just did and it worked fine so I changed my rating a company that cares enough to make sure is a a company you want to do business with.Thank You

This product work great

Generally speaking, this ink kit is good. One thing is that the color is not as strong as I expected. It is clear but not strong.

Great color. Works great with my new HP printer at a fraction of the cost

Nether the colored or black and white worked. I like ink on hand and purchased in December. The return window expired so I am out the money and have 2 worthless ink. Be very cautious if considering these. The printer cartridge box has a phone number on it for customer service. It is disconnected. Emailed them but heard nothing.

Ink cartridges work just fine.

Both cartridges worked flawlessly until today.HP ENVY Photo 7858 now displays color cartridge not communicating with printer and cancels printing.Tried removing and re-installing both cartridges plus shutting down and re-starting printer.Black cartridge indicates approximately 80% full. Color cartridge indicated approximately 90% full about a week ago. Printer now cancels all attempts to print.Printer is home office with casual light use.Please advise.Thanks.
