I have been very happy with the taste and quality of my previous orders of golden and beluga (black) lentils. I haven't had a chance to taste the red split lentils yet but have no reason to believe they won't be just as delicious. My only problem with my order was the box it was shipped in. It was split open on one side and the bag of lentils was exposed. My previous orders came in sturdier boxes with no problems. Also, there needs to be a warning on the box to use care in opening as a box knife can easily split open the bagged lentils.

I eat lentils everyday and have for the past 5 or 6 years. These are quality, have good color, and are affordable.

I cook some curry, using baharat from Simply Organic, and I’m very happy with the final result! I’m happy about the delivery too… flawless. My bag was inside a box from the company, and then the Amazon box.I’m dividing the lentils in plastic bags, to protect them from the humidity etc. I’m very happy that I ordered from this company the 25 pounds.The dish that I’m still eating…is very creamy, with a wonderful color. I added some ghee and coconut milk, and I believe that the great results are thanks to the great quality of this product in particular. The lentils creamed completely, didn’t added any coconut sugar because of the carrots that I used. Or maybe they were fresher than others that I used before…Within 2 months we ate 7 pounds from a different company, and I couldn’t find their product... But I’m so glad that I ordered from this place!! Now I’m going to try the Garam Masala blend from the same brand, Simply Organic, and see how different it’s going to be, in a great way.Thanks to the seller and Amazon, I achieved great results because of the great product. Great quality

I follow a plant based diet and these lentils are a staple. Haven’t found a better brand.

Good quality but not sieved enough to remove fine powder generated during splitting operation to turn lentils into daal.

Very clean, both aroma and appearance. Cook well, great flavor.
