Bought this when I broke my 4th and 5th metatarsal’s. It wrapped around my foot (top and bottom) on the needed area perfectly and stayed ice cold for over an hour. Velcro held tight with no slipping. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

Perfect size ice pack and it’s very helpful that it’s reusable and wraps exactly where I need it. I use this often to ice specific areas of my foot and even some really bad bug bites when I get them. It’s soft and easy to strap/wrap on

Gets very cold in an hour or two, stays cold enough to do the job for at least 45min. The only issue is that the gel pack isn't super soft or flexible even when it's warm. It wants to just fold in half instead of wrap around something, which leaves a gap that's not getting cooled or heated correctly. Still , for this price and the size and portability, it's absolutely worth having one or two stashed away for a quick use. The strap is very basic which means it's easy to use. I haven't had it long enough to speak to the durability but it feels like a decent quality neoprene type material with the kind of finish that lets velcro stick. Fairly standard materials.

This product works as described with a very good freezer gel pack. I use for the bottom of my foot where hammer toes cause inflammation on the ball of your foot. The product provides plenty of cooling thru my socks to help reduce any pain from working out. When completely frozen the gel pad is very hard which makes placing around the foot needing a little patience in order not to bust the pad. This isn’t a big concern just don’t jerk it on and bend it like Hercules and you’ll be fine. I also used this around my elbow that suffers from Tennis Elbow. The product is well made and should last a long time.

Better than some other foot cooling products. The cooling last about 30 to 45 minutes under extreme heat, 100 degree plus temperature. The ice pack does not wrap around the entire ankle. I had to use two ice packs to accomplish this. I would tell the company to offer a version that the ice packs are long enough to wrap around the ankle or provide an option with two ice packs and a slightly longer velcro wrap. Not bad for how long they last most other products I have tried lasted less than 5 to 10 minutes.

This therapy wrap has really helped with my plantar fasciitis. My pain is right in the arch and this fits perfectly. I have a small foot 7.5 shoe and high arch. Gel pac freezes quickly and lasts about 2 hours wraps great around the middle of my foot.

So happy I decided to try this wrap! Needed an ice pack for bottom of my foot that would actually cover the area and stay put. Others I tried were awkward. This one is seems strong yet very flexible & straps around my foot with no problem. You can also choose the tightness that you prefer. The cold pack is a nice thickness, test soft and foldable. Bonus, it takes little to no space in the freezer. Definitely recommended

This is the best pain relief for gout I've ever had. Had this product for over 18 months now. Had about 5 bouts in that time. This soothes in about 1 minute and the pain gone in about 5 minutes. As someone that's had gout for over 10 years, I know the incredible pain, like a broken foot on the underneath near sole and a hot tattoo needle scraping your knuckle of big toe. I keep this product in the freezer. The best thing about it is the way it fits. It feels like you are only hitting the gout spot. You can position to fit the knuckle of big toe or the outside of foot. And stays on right on the spot. With ice packs or frozen peas the cold coverage is too broad and it makes painless regions too cold and you have to take the foot away, rendering them useless. This just hits the spot and stays there. You can keep it there until the ice melts and allow the ice to do it's job on those sharp crystals and inflamed area. I'm writing this now as I lay, foot elevated after waking up to a sudden gout attack. For how I woke up, in so much pain, I'd have paid hundreds of pounds to have this. I couldn't wait to hobble down the stairs on one leg and get to the freezer. It's also very well made. The velcro, the strap, the material that holds the ice are all like brand new, after over 18 months. I haven't used it for anywhere other than my big toe and outside of foot but I imagine it would work the same on other joints. Highly recommend for gout sufferers.

Perfect Size for my 8.5 (39) Ladies Shoes size. I use it for Neuropathy pain associated with right leg paralysis, from an accident that left me with chronic pain and loss of almost all of sensation. The only thing I feel is a general ache and because of the loss of circulation it's always cold. Heating this little gel pack up & applying it is an easy. Quickly warms up the foot and relieves the discomfort. The Material that holds the little gel pack is great quality, easy to put on, it's adjustable and closes with Velcro. Fits even when I have edema in the foot and it's a couple inches bigger. Definitely safer than wrapping a heating pad around the foot and it doesn't fall off like a magic bag or hot water bottle. Stays put and is Comfortable. I would like to buy a couple of extra Gel packs in case I need to relace the original or use on for Cold and one for hot. Not sure if they sell them separate on Amazon but I hope they do.

Habe mir 2 Stück gekauft, damit ich vor allem zum Schlafen meine von der Hitze geschwollenen Füße kühlen kann. Die Manschette sitzt perfekt und hält lange kalt. Sehr praktisch und tut so gut 👍🏻😀!

L'ho acquistato per una distorsione al piede per la quale mi era stato prescritto di mettere ghiaccio tutte le sere. Ho scelto questo prodotto sulla base delle recensioni Amazon e non posso che confermare che è un buon orodotto: il sacchettino con il liquido da mettere in freezer è poco ingombrante ma mantiene il freddo abbastanza a lungo e inoltre, tolto dal freezer, basta muoverlo un po' per farlo adattare alla zona da trattare.
