Honestly unsure if this actually helps with anything, but it feels good to stretch my lower back out. This is a preferable method for extending those muscles, as it is fully adjustable and provides a fair amount of support. The liner built into this traction device is of high quality, just like most Ajuvia pillows, so I don't feel I'm going to pop it just by laying on it, despite weighing approximately 250 pounds.I'm sure if I used some guides I could use it to extend some muscles and points of pressure, but for someone who wants to just lay down and remove some compression, it does the trick and I've never felt uncomfortable.

It works but the air starts deteriorating as you lie on it. It shouldn’t do that. It is supposed to stay where you blow it up too. I bought it to immolation what the physical therapist was doing to get my back better.I would not recommend this product. It doesn’t work well.
