Does it connect to Wi-Fi or just Bluetooth, and does it need to be connected to work?

The Loftie Clock requires 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for initial setup and software updates. Once the clock is updated and shows the correct time, you can enable Offline Mode to enjoy full functionality without a Wi-Fi connection.

How do mobile devices work with The Loftie Alarm Clock?

The Loftie Clock requires an iPhone or Android app for setup. Once set up, all features can be controlled directly on the clock. It also functions as a Bluetooth speaker for streaming audio, but headphone connections are not supported.

Does the Loftie Clock need a subscription?

No. Everything on your Loftie Clock is included with your purchase: 100+ sleep sounds, gentle alarms, the nightlight and the free Loftie app. There are no fees and nothing to sign up for.

Can the display and/or alarm sounds be customized or are they preset?

Yes! Customize your alarm tones, volume, and brightness. Enjoy a gentle nightlight or blackout mode for complete darkness, creating a fully personalized sleep experience.
