Saves you a lot of money if that's the problem. Lasted 3 Years - 2 Months
Saves you money $$$ over the AC Tech visiting $$$. Every 3-5 years as these things typically blow. The last one blew while at the store, came home to find the house warming up (100-degree day outside). The outside unit fan was running, but the compressor was not. So pulled the power, checked the fuses then popped out my spare Run Capacitor and switched it out. 10-15 minutes of work and turned the unit back on. The fan comes on then after a restart delay and holding my breath the compressor starts to run again (Glad it was not a blown compressor $$$$$), for the fan I do have a spare fan motor too. Reminder to mark the connections for the wires when switching out or take pictures before moving wires. And I'll be buying another spare again.

Fix in 5 minutes.
We ordered this to have a spare in hand if ours went out. Sure enough about a month after we received this our air conditioner stopped working. As it turns out our capacitor was bad. My husband pulled this out and replaced our bad one with this one . Thankfully 5 minutes later the air conditioner was up and running again. It was easy to install .

Huge Savings
AC company quoted $250 to replace this EXACT part. Do yourself a favor, buy one or two of these and save a ton of money. Measured the Capacitance of the new ones once received and they were reading perfect. Would highly recommend.

3.5 years and counting
The first time this cap blew in my A/C system (which was about a year or so), I paid for a very expensive a/c service call. The a/c tech charged me almost $100 for this capacitor alone. Add to that labor/service call fee, etc. It was stupid expensive. I ordered this so that I could change it myself the next time it happened. I changed it in Jun/2019 and it's still going strong! I have a couple of extras on-hand now so I don't have to be without a/c the next time it goes out while I wait for the part to come in.

Good product
Installed in my older air conditioner unit just as a preventative measure. New capacitor worked just fine.

Works fine and a lot leas $$$
Got this to replace the capacitor in our Lennox compressor that was showing evidence of wear (connectors overheated and loose). The A/C service we use wanted over $150.00 to replace this, i did it myself for less than $20 in 10 minutes. May order another to have a fresh spare if needed.
