Helps reduce discomfort
Good item just a bit expensive but, if you need them you need them. They help the corns/calluses be less panful.

Sore toes are no fun!
I bought these for a friend who was having terrible corn and bunion problems. My podiatrist ordered these for me for treatment of calluses, corns, blisters following foot surgery. They are soft, stretchy elastic on one side and rubbery, soft, silicone padding on the other. These amazing little doodads provide almost immediate pain relief and comfort! These pads are small, washable, reusable, but can get easily lost. They are like a tiny Barbie tube top that just slides over the affected toe with the padded silicone side nestled against the offending spot. The separation from the other toe eliminates the friction between the two toes alleviating the pain. There is an almost immediate sigh of relief making the old commercial saying, "Oh, what a relief it is" quite appropriate. I can recommend these without reservation.Top 3 Likes:-Noninvasive, non-chemical pain relief-Pain relief is almost immediate-Washable, reusable, and small making them convenient for any place any timeTop 3 Dislikes:-Can get lost very easily-Be mindful if they come in sizes-Can be stained by shoe leather

These work!
My podiatrist recommended this product. I have one toe crossing over another. I don't want to do surgery yet to correct this issue. The silicone pad prevents the pain. I have a callus on the underside of the toe that crosses over the other. This item allows a cream to be placed next to the callus, helping to remove the callus. Very comfortable to wear. Glad that I bought this.

Try to wash before they get too worn out.
For me, it would be more useful to have more of the shorter ones. Otherwise, they are very useful and last well.

I guess the fact they wouldn't stay on.
My Dr recommended these after my surgery, but they didn't cover my toe or stay on. Even though they were small they were still too big to work. I don't blame the product, since they may work for others, and they were expensive.

Over priced
There are far less expensive gel pads on the market.

Finally found relief!
I've tried many of the products available on Amazon and a few from local stores trying to find a way to be able to walk more than half a mile without foot pain from Morton's Neuroma. Some products just haven't been comfortable. Others have been ok for moving around the house in socks or loose bedroom slippers, but until now none have been comfortable to wear with hiking shoes or sneakers, often because the shoes become too tight with the addition of the product. These pads do the trick. Each pad is very comfortable and not so thick that my toes are freakishly splayed. They create enough space between toes to keep the nerves from getting pinched and since the pads are singles (each pad goes on one toe or finger) you get to choose how much padding you want. Unless you are wearing shoes with narrow toe boxes (which is a real no-no for people with toe/foot pad issues), you should have no problem wearing them comfortably with shoes. Note that I bought the large/extra large pads and the small/medium pads to cover all my toes needs. They may seem pricey, but I've spent a lot more on products that aren't solving my main problem--making it possible to walk out in the world in regular shoes without pain or discomfort
