Highly reccomend this product for vaginal births and I used up in 5 days which was enough time for the stinging to ease from the graze. Assume not worth it for c section delivery or to be used if you have dissolvable stitches. I just sprayed onto disposable pants or mads every time I went to toilet after using a peri bottle.

Really good product wish I had this for my previous pregnancies helps with soreness, cools area nicely, easy to use.

Definitely cooling and relieving in those early post partum days. I did have to stop using as my skin became a little irritated although not sure if it was due being sensitive to an ingredient or due to another product
