This product was not for me. Although I am in menopause It gave me more headaches hot flashes and mood swings.

Second order and still no improvement
I was recommended this product to use for my hot flashes and they have not improved my hot flashes. At 40.00 a bottle you would think it will help...just recorded but I will be sending it back..
