We ordered two riser and recliners for elderly parents. They are over the moon with them. Lots of comfort options for head rest, feet rest and lumbar support. You can literally go from sitting to lying down horizontal at the touch of abutton. Very good quality and the customer service were excellent. They contacted us with a delivery date and rang in the morning with a delivery time. They arrived on time and installed the chairs quickly. They might be expensive but you get what you pay for.

The position settings are good, the seat padding is a little thin . I have to use extra cushions .

Fenetic use theire own deliveries serice, which caused considerable stress initially, however, once I contacted their customer service this was resolved. On delivery it was put together quickly by the friendly delivery crew. I am a 6'3" ex-rugby forward with spinal and neck injuries'. I have limited mobility so researched the chair specification carefully as my existing recliner had become very uncomfortable. I found this chair had excellnt recommendations by "Which Magazine". Having used it for several weeks it has lived up to expectations. It is extremely comfortable and easy to use. The pockets in arms are very usefull, as is the side pocket for magazines. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone , such as myself, who is large framed and appreciats good value for money.

Not cheap, but everything I could wish for in a rise and recliner. My knees are wearing out and makers replacements are no longer in stock. Gets me back on my feet with little pain or discomfort. The delivery guys were most helpful and left me happy with its working.

I purchased this chair as I’m a middle aged man with mobility issues & was looking for a rise and recline chair that suited my tastes. This chair exceeds my expectations it’s very comfortable with the ability to adjust the seat at 4 points to maximise your comfort. The styling is great I found a lot of other chairs of this type were designed for people a lot older than myself so to find this one was a pleasant surprise. The controls are easy to use & the wireless charger and cup holder in the arms are a nice useful touch. I’ve had the chair for a couple of months now & am still happy with this purchase & think it’s well worth the price

The two stars lost is purely down to the far from impressive service received from the seller. What should have been a 2-3 day advertised delivery actually took two weeks because of stock issues.

Really love this first class quality riser chair, excellent value for money as was quoted £4750 by another company The delivery team were very helpful and kept us up to date with arrival. One star lost as the delivery crew had to wait ages for permission to open the box ?? as couldn't get the box in through my living room door .. easy once permission granted . Why permission to open a box, when you include set up included in your description? You'd surely need to open the box for assembly ,? I'd like to order another but clarification on this would be good.
