Can this be used on 100% cotton T-shirts ?

Yup I used them on cotton Tees, Polos and Sweatshirts. For me I found it was easier to weed when used Iron on + versus regular Iron on.

Are these rolls 12" x 12' or 12" x 24'? It says both very confusing

Both rolls equal 24 feet. Each roll is 12 inches wide by 12 feet long. 12 feet of black and 12 feet of white.
