I'm a newbie to makeup foundation brushes. So How would I apply this with liquid foundation? And what does it mean to stipple the makeup on? Thanks

If you use a brush for foundation, you may want to try putting the foundation on the back of your hand and then dipping the brush into that. Than you would buff the foundation in circular motions into your skin. Start light and build as you go so you don't look cakey. While this isn't a stippling brush, to stipple usually means to pounce the brush (as opposed to buffing).

Is this recommended for mineral powder foundation?

Absolutely. I use Bare Minerals, the Matte formula and I it works amazingly. It gives me such a light weight and flawless finish. You can also use the other brushes for the mineral blush and eye shadow. Definitely would recommend!

I clean all my "good" brushes the same way. Using tepid water, I swirl it in a mix of liquid dish soap, like Dawn and water. Not a LOT of soap, just enough to make it really sudsy. If the dried makeup doesn't come out, go ahead and rub some concentrated Dawn right on the bristles. It doesn't hurt the brush at all. Rinse it really well and lay flat to dry. It fluffs right up again and doesn't lose any hair from being washed. If you use hot water, you could compromise the glue, so keep it warm and don't baby it! You can use shampoo too, but dish soap works faster and better. Good luck. I love the brush and hope you do too.

Love!!

I was using a round flat topped brush and I didn't like it so i was on the hunt for a different one. I came across this one and i love it! The foundation doesn't seep into the brush like my other one and it glides the foundation on so well. I don't feel that my product is staying on the brush like my old one. The bristles are also very soft against your face which is a plus. No one likes a pokey makeup brush.

Does what it needs to do

The morphe brush i have used for 8 years finally gave out on me, they of course don’t sell the same one anymore so i decided to try this one because i know the brand and have used their products for years. I just use a BB cream and this brush does exactly what i need it to do, i definitely have to get the brush wet in order for it to glide my BB cream how i want it to but its for for the price

Reliable Brush for Liquid Products

This is a nice dense brush that I mainly use for liquid blush, but it also works well for liquid contour or bronzer. The bristles are soft but firm enough to blend product seamlessly without absorbing too much. I like that the handle is metal or metallic rather than painted wood, since painted handles tend to chip over time. This one has held up really well, with no chipping, no loose hairs, and no shedding so far. It's great quality overall.
