Great buy!
This helmet is for our son who is 24. Its a great fit. It fits to size, not to big or to small We thought it was going to be a bit on the heavier side but it is really not. It is light but yet sturdy and very durable. Good material inside which makes it comfortable. He has had helmet before that are not as padded as this one and block his view but not this one. He said Mom this is way better than my 800.00 helmet. I highly recommend this helmet!

Great value
Pros: Comfortable, well made, great value, visor mechanisms are well made.Cons: it doesn't feel light weight, but it's not heavy. Some wind noise is created by the sharp edges on the surface of the helmet but is tolerable.

Great deal for the price
Let's start out with the pros & cons.Pros: Lightweight, affordable, sleek looking, nice modular setup, positive latching visor with good seal, at 45mph it's not very noisy, nice padding, really nice & wide visibility, I like the drop down sun shade, the easiest strap to use!, firm positive lock on the modular closing action, no wild crazy graphics or colors - simple and elegant.Cons: Not very deep - it felt strange compared to my last helmet which almost touches my shoulders, the drop-down sun visor touches my nose - not for those with long faces, the forehead pad is a bit tight but should ease over time, almost no air ventilation! two tiny vents on top and a small opening in the front, it was 85 degrees today and I had to crack open the visor for air.I purchased this helmet on the premise that it has an advanced air circulation feature - I think it needs to move air period in order to work...at 45mph I'm not impressed. You cannot sell used helmets by law and my return window is past, I guess this will be my highway only helmet as in the city my head will overheat from lack of air. I've never had a modular helmet before, for gas stops and drinking liquids once in a while it's the cats meow. I'm not totally unhappy with it, it's much better than the last one I bought that went back the same day. It has more positives to be worth keeping, it's not $300 and has all the options I've wanted. I'll be interested to see what the wind noise will be like on the highway, I might update after then. Hoping not to test in the rain.

Amazing buy for a helmet
I challenge you to find a more feature-filled helmet for the money. I wish you a lot of luck in doing it. So far I have had this helmet on (the matte black variety) for over 2,300 miles of riding, so I have a good idea of how it performs. I will provide both the bad and the good, with the list of bad first because it is extremely short. The Bad:The optics fog up easily. Be prepared to crack the visor slightly at stop lights to allow for a little air to keep it fog-free.Closing the air vents does not completely prevent air from entering the helmet. This can lead to a cold head in the late fall. The chin curtain could be slightly lower to assist on colder days. The Good:The drop-down sun visor. It operates smoothly. It is a perfect tint level so as to not interfere with your vision. It stays put when it needs to.The optics are clear, even though as mentioned in the bad that they fog easily. Surface is easy to clean with a soft microfiber towel. The vents provide plenty of air, and are not overly noisy even 50+ mph.The fit and finish are excellent. Visor closes with a click and opens easily. Surface is smooth has a quality appearance and feel. The inside liner is snug but does not smash your face (as long as you size correctly). The liner snaps in place and is easy to remove and re-insert.It is very comfortable, even on rides exceeding an hour or more.I can't say enough about this helmet. Go search on helmets with this same feature set, especially a sun-visor that either drops down or is integrated into the face shield, and you will see helmets 3-4, and even 5 times more expensive than this one. At 3.7 pounds, even helmets in the $350-400 range aren't any lighter. This is a DOT-rated helmet. Always make sure whatever you buy is DOT approved and has that certification on the inside liner; not just an external sticker. This is a great buy and I will buy again from Yema. Here's hoping they provide more designs and maybe some fog-free upgrades.

Worth the 90 dollars spent, and would buy again.
My head size was 24 inches above the eyebrows and above the ears, at the widest section of my head (as measured by someone else). This correlates to an XL size helmet, but at the smaller end of the size range. This helmet is very slightly loose until I tighten the strap all the way, then the helmet moves along with my skin, indicating a perfect fit.In other words, have someone else measure your head, and order the correct size and you should be fine. Now for the Pros and Cons!Pros:1. Visor is very clear2. Helmet feels very solid3. Knob to flip the sun-shade visor is sturdy4. Vents are easy to move and open5. Clear visor has a nice lift-tab on the bottom left6. Front face of the helmet picks all the way up, which makes everything easier to hear (ie: MSF course instructor)7. Material isn't that bad to wear8. Vents do a good job keeping the visor from fogging. Not perfect, but good.Neutrals1. Heavy like every helmetCons1. Hard to find switches initially by feel2. Switch to lift up chin section is hard to use and located in a hidden spot under the chin3. Straps would be better if they were velcro or ratchet style
