I love the quality of these pills. They are very smooth and super easy to take. I take one in the morning with a full glass of water along with my other medications and it helps to raise my iron. I have tried other iron supplements and they made me nauseous, but these are so gentle. Unfortunately they cause a little bit of constipation so you might want to take a stool softener with them. I love the quantity, the quality and the price! Overall, I definitely recommend for anyone looking to up their iron.

You get a lot of tablets for your money. Cost effective and the pills are so tiny yet have such a great amount of iron in them. I used to hate taking iron pills but I love taking these ones as they are so easy to swallow. I do see a positive change in my energy. I'm not as tired as I used to be and I am no longer anemic!

This is exactly what my physician prescribed and is less expensive than the competition. It is lab tested to ensure consistent dosage. I had previously tried lower dosage products fearing digestive upset but did not encounter that. These are far less expensive than the larger capsules. Do not take these just because you feel tired or because your workouts are not building muscle. You cannot tell whether you need iron, but your physician can. Overdosing either iron or copper can age you faster and both metals are implicated in age-related mental decline. The iron tablets do not taste metallic and are easier to swallow than capsules. Even if one simultaneously consumes a vitamin C tablet or acid food, only a fraction of the iron is absorbed, and the rest comes out very dark but not quite black. This is reduced with the smaller pills/capsules but even this dosage required months to raise my blood hemoglobin level, and I am spending subsequent months filling my iron storage (ferritin saturation). If one needs a lot of iron, one must swallow a lot of iron. One needs sufficient copper to absorb and utilize iron. Copper is highly variable in one's diet including copper water pipes and copper cooking pans. Copper is also cheap but do ask your physician first.

I've ordered this iron supplement multiple times now. It's the only one that doesn't make me nauseous, and the tablets are easy to swallow, no chalky aftertaste or trouble getting them down. I'm O negative, a universal donor, so I try to give blood regularly. Before I started taking this, my iron level was sometimes too low to pass the pre-donation check, and I'd get turned away. Since I've been on these consistently, I haven't had that problem. I get approved every time now. No complaints so far. No stomach issues, no bad taste, nothing that's made me think twice about reordering. If you're a regular blood donor and iron levels have been an issue for you, or you just need an iron supplement that doesn't tear up your stomach, this one's worked well for me. I'd buy it again.

I donate blood every 8 weeks without pause. I am an upper middle aged male adult who exercises on a daily basis. I've found that taking one of these iron tablets every other day keeps my iron levels in the middle of the acceptable range for donation. If I stop taking the iron tablets, my iron level will gradually decrease over the course of several months. As far as diet, I've played around with vegan but am back to eating some meats. I avoid red meat and pork but will occasionally have chicken. I avoid dairy and instead drink calcium fortified almond milk. I've noticed no side effect or adverse reactions to these iron tablets. Very affordable and convenient!

I have low iron issues and these pills did what they should. My Iron levels are good now. They are small and easy to take.
