I love the quality of these pills. They are very smooth and super easy to take. I take one in the morning with a full glass of water along with my other medications and it helps to raise my iron. I have tried other iron supplements and they made me nauseous, but these are so gentle. Unfortunately they cause a little bit of constipation so you might want to take a stool softener with them. You get a lot of tablets for your money. Cost effective and the pills are so tiny yet have such a great amount of iron in them. I used to hate taking iron pills but I love taking these ones as they are so easy to swallow. I do see a positive change in my energy. I'm not as tired as I used to be and I am no longer anemic!
