Delicious, Quick, and Easy
This crumb cake/coffee cake mix is so easy and tastes delicious. The quantity of topping/filling is generous and I always feel like there's plenty for both layers. It's great for breakfast, brunch or really any time. Warming a slice for a few seconds in the microwave is my preference if you've made it ahead of time, but it's good at room temperature too. I've taken this to several people's houses for breakfast and they all liked it as well. I also made this with an 8-year old and we had a blast. I always have a box or two on hand.

No one will know it's a box
This is the best crumb cake mix I have used. It is every bit as delicious as homemade. Because it is a 21oz box it make a good amount. Fun to make into regular cupcakes or mini-cupcakes. They are moist and sometimes that doesn't happen with gluten free products. You can't go wrong with the price on Amazon.

Pretty good but raw batter is thick & sticky; add a bit more water
We like this easy-to-prepare cake but the uncooked batter is quite thick & sticky, so we add a bit more water than instructed. Thick & sticky batter makes it somewhat tricky to make nice, distinct layering before baking.

SO MOIST!
I've only ever made the muffin recipe on the back, never the coffee cake. These are such a hit each time, and they are unbelievably moist. I recently found a hack: make the muffins completely normally according to the instructions... when they're completely cooled, frost them with cream cheese frosting and serve them as cupcakes. They blow people's minds because they're sweet and delicious but they're unlike any cupcake people have tried before. I just tell them it's a recipe I came up with for a cinnamon roll-inspired cupcake... it's mostly true :)
