En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
