It is a mild cheddar flavor. We use it on popcorn. Very nice.

Q: Why have salt in it? i have to add my own salt cause i have high blood pressure but would love to have a cheese flavor to add to popcorn.

Added salt is a part of the blend of this White Cheddar Cheese Powder. We do carry an all natural White Cheddar Cheese that is not a blend, so it contains no added salt. Thank you!
