I've had this belt for five years now. I squat, bench and deadlift with it every week. It's comfortable, it hasn't really worn out, and it gets the job done. Would 100% recommend this to anyone.

El cinto nuevo es muy rígido y requiere bastante tiempo de uso para amoldarlo y aflojarlo un poco para que no llegue a incomodar. La calidad se percibe muy buena.

Australian buyers beware - local stock is incorrectly labelled/packaged. Twice ordered a Large (36"-42") (assuming the first issue to be a one off error), both times received a belt with a total length of 42" with holes from 26"-32" (A small) Seems reasonably well made, but that doesn't make them any more useful.

Es un gran cinturón, se ve muy bien y tiene buen diseño, cumple su objetivo, da mucha fuerza, es rígido y grueso, da mucha estabilidad a la espalda
