I recommend this headset to everyone I work with. I wear it all day long for meetings and it's so comfortable I don't notice it. The microphone only picks up my voice and only when I'm talking. Nobody hears the ambient noise of a vacuum cleaner or someone else in the room talking. I also like the length of the cord and that the mute and volume buttons are easily accessible.

The sound is good, but I wear hearing aids and need to be able to adjust the sound a bit more. Also need to adjust the fit on the head a bit more so the earpieces are over the actual microphone on the hearing aids. I cannot get it to adjust short enough to fit just over the ears.

I work from home for a call center and this was exactly what I was looking for. It worked excellent for a couple of months. Right after the return cut off however it started cutting out really bad. Every time I moved my head is when it cut out. I was constantly adjusting the wire. Needless to say I am not happy. I expected more from Jabra! I ended up going to Walmart last night and buying a headset for half the price. Hopefully it will work better than the Jabra!

I have been woking from home for almost 8 years and have been through a lot of headsets in that time. I currently answer and re-direct inbound calls for a worldwide hotel brand for 8 hours each day. The jabra headset delivers clear sound, and it's lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day. Definitely recommend this one!

Sound is good. We use them for our Call Centre and this is the preferred headset. Very happy with this product

Great quality! Only downside is it comes with a usb pin so cann be used only with devices with a USB port. If you want something with good quality for office use, go for it!

I brought it for my office meeting and works perfectly with Team and zoom. Earlier I was using a headset that had a cushion on it and whenever I remove it I use to think I have an indentation on my head. These headsets are perfect for long office hours. I was skeptical at first about whether to spend so much money on the headset, but it's comfortable. The only downside would be listening to music is not good. Also, others can hear the conversation if you keep the volume higher.
