Ultra-Grime Life: Garage Clothwipes

When I'm cleaning the car, there's always a final "touch up" stage that needs smaller wipes to get rid of streaks, muddy splashes and sneeze residue from the backs of chairs and so on. All pretty gross, but I usually use a couple of left-over baby wipes from when the kids were smaller. I'll break the back of the cleaning with a bucket of soapy water, but for smaller areas like the dashboard or around door rims, it's nicer to have a smaller wipe that can get into tighter spaces without dripping dirty water everywhere. The babywipes are okay, but they leave terrible streaks, so you can't use them on the windows or the mirror. These UltraGrime wipes are really quite good. They're much larger and tougher than babywipes (albeit identical except for scale). They do seem quite moist, so you may need to wring them out before using them on electronics. The only thing they're not great at is glass. They use water, not alcohol, so they leave streaks and smears on glass. On the black plastic of the interior, though, they work flawlessly. Can't complain at all. The pack is massive, and it's going to last me until the heat death of the universe to use them all up at the rate I use them. That's good, because I do feel bad about using single-use disposable wipes, so I'd rather just have one large one that does it all, rather than go through half a pack of small ones that get dirty too quickly. They don't smell of much, so no perfumery going on. The pack has a little snap lid, to keep them from drying out. So, all in all, very pleased with theses! Glad I got them!

These wipes are really big and great for cleaning muddy boots and all sorts, might seem pricey but given the size and how they do the job they are pretty good value for money.

If you're a HGV driver like me, then these are essential for your bag. The wipes are very large to clean the cab and any grease or dirt of your hands. The handy sealable tub helps keep the moisture inside but to be honest, I left a used wipe out and it remained moisture for over 8 hours

I keep these in my car for general uses, they're good at cleaning but can leave a streaky residue on glossy surfaces after drying. I've not found anything they can't clean yet, my only gripe is the white plastic dispenser comes off of the bag very easily.

Always used. Always wet and does not dry out quickly. Great for all uses including grease.

Someone on Reddit suggested these for cleaning my motorbike wheels. They're fine for that, but as it happens, they're rather better as bathroom cleaners. I grabbed one out of the pack just to wipe off a surface in the bathroom and then started cleaning the sink with it, which was so quick and easy. They're so much better than any other household cleaning cloth I've ever found. And there was I wondering how I was going to finish using the pack before they all dried out! I don't think they're going to get a chance to dry out at this rate.
