This is one of the best waist trainers I have used. It fits really well and is adjustable to suit your preference. I do all HIIT, circuit, weights and cardio wearing this product and I saw results within a week of using (based on training 5-6 times a week). The size guide is accurate but I would suggest going one size bigger to give you extra comfort and not making it too tight.

I just received this really pleased with it. I’m a size 18 and got a XL. Good fit, the additional straps at the back are a bit tight for me, so I just loosen them more comfort. The belt really pulls you in. I’m hoping to see an improvement over the coming weeks combined with exercise, and eating more healthy. Love the colour too !

I usually order one of these twice a year. I don’t workout in mines because I do high intensity workouts (I need to move lol) but you can workout with this. I wear it to work and it helps the back while cinching your waist in. I wear it 5 days a week for 4-5 hrs a day. It’s comfortable and because I constantly wear it, my waist is small.
