My dog and my heel are both thankful to this product.
She - the dog limps on the right foot and so does her mom - me. She is on a raw (Raw meaty bone) diet and I am nearly a vegan. No diary our daily intake and no other calcium. She and I are also getting on in terms of mileage, she is nine, and I am...well not important...but suffice to say all these maladies were non-existent just a couple years ago. We both take these and we can both walk a mile a day happily. I stop these and we both wince. So I think I will stick with 'happy' for now.

Not supposed to take calcium but
New research it out we’re not supposed to take calcium we’re supposed to get it in our diet only however if you have oxalate toxicity this does the job helping Oxalates to move out of your body and the citrate helps break up the crystals that are formed in your joints or kidneyS
