For the low price this was a very good deal. I like the plates and bowls. However, there are some very minor irregularities with the painting on some of the rims of the plates and bowls (I got the white). If you are looking for perfection, maybe pay more for a better set. I would probably buy these again...

I ADORE these. I don't have a dishwasher so can't say how they hold up in a dishwasher, but they are beautiful, big, and well-crafted. They clean so easily and match all my cookware beautifully. I have open shelves so wanted something I could place that was pleasing to the eye and they hit that ticket. Only small thing is that they did have a slight oder when I unpackaged them. I let them soak in soapy water for a few hours and it went away ASAP. Buy these dishes.

I was initially drawn to the modern and sleek design of the Gibson Home Rockaway Dinnerware Set. However, after just one use, I was dismayed to find numerous scratches on the plates and bowls. For a set that boasts high durability due to its stoneware construction and matte glaze finish, this was incredibly disappointing. Regrettably, the set fell far short of my expectations and did not live up to the claims of its durability. Buyers should be cautious and reconsider before purchasing.

Love the size & quality! Sturdy & beautiful! However, product shows scratches from cutlery right away. That’s reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. Keeping it because it’s almost perfect.

Very nice stoneware casual dining set. It has a nice weight and feels substantial. It has a glass glaze over the fired clay. This set can be used for everyday use or you can dress it up with a napkin ring and colorful cloth napkins. This set is not too large (12 pieces) and can be for a single person or a couple. The price is reasonable and the quality is very good.

The stoneware is really nice & I was excited to receive it. But there is an issue with the white color - there are marks left on the plates when you use the knife & forks cutting your food Very disappointed & upset after spending that money for two sets being left with marks on the plates

I wanted to love this set. The dishes are beautiful, sturdy and a clean design-exactly what I wanted, and you can’t beat the price. The white dishes, however, have scratch marks after only a few days of normal use…I can’t speak for any of the other colors.

I piatti sono proprio belli! Ho controllato uno ad uno e mi sembrano ben fatti. Non li sto usando ancora perché aspetto l'arrivo della nuova cucina! Ma devo dire che sono imballati bene e il materiale sembra buono! Non è ceramica lucida,ma nemmeno opaca extra matt, quindi non penso si dovrebbe rovinare. Potrò aggiornare tra qualche mese!
