Kaneko 101659, Stainless Steel Vegetable Cutters

I love it and it seems sturdy! I mainly need this for garnishing than having it doing it manually with kitchen shears. Ease of cleaning, yes. Since i have one of those travel mug cover brushes. It is a perfect size for the carrots and I can't wait to use these soon. I can see the packaging problem. It doesn't really bother me because I'm going to wash and sanitize these anyway before using.

I love these things. What a great way to make food more interesting for your little ones (or for yourself!). These make great little tidbits for bento boxes. I cut slices of apples and then used these cutters to make little stars, and served them with a dollop of peanut butter -- got my niece to finally eat apples! I also cut cheese stars and put them on slices of tortilla (used a larger star cookie cutter for the tortilla) and lightly toasted them to melt the cheese. So cute! If you can make mealtime fun, you might keep your child on the path to healthy eating. It's worth the effort if fruits and veggies can be made appetizing for picky eaters! They also make interesting shapes for garnishing salads, appetizers, etc. Fairly easy to use, too. I like to use one of those rubber, flexible jar openers Rubber Grip Jar Opener by Fox Run - (Assorted Colors) in my hand for additional protection.

The cutters work as they are very sharp and are comfortable to use. I have been making nice looking fruit salads since I got them and haven't had a problem with rust or anything. Just hand wash right after use and let dry. Be aware that they are VERY small. I wasn't really expecting that. Also there's two of the cutters that have practically the same shape. (In the image, the main three are the ones standing up). Just like other reviewer said, I would have preferred to purchase a set of 2 or 3 not so tiny cutters at a lower price. Overall they do the job and the results are very nice so I recommend the product.

I bought these for a Spring party so my granddaughters could cut flowers from carrots and white radish. The girls are ages 8 and 10, and they had no problem cutting the flowers. Subsequently, I have used them to cut carrot flowers for a lettuce salad. It really added interest and beautified the salad. I hand wash and have seen NO rust thus far. I can think of multiple uses for these and like them so much I am now ordering sets for other extended family members who have children. The only downside is to be expected — food waste. Fortunately around here everyone loves carrot cake! Cheese scraps can be used in cooking, and so forth. For those rating these down due to the small size, the size is in the description — ONE inch in diameter and 1 1/2 inches tall. I’m very happy with these and glad I did not heed the negative reviews. One more thing: Wash these by hand. Dry them, and then leave them out to completely air dry or even set in a warm oven to dry overnight. I have multiple metal cutters and the ones I have made of tin rust easily. I care for them the same way and have not had issues with rust.

I really like this product. I put it to use so many times since receiving it a couple months ago. It makes my son WANT to eat more veggies and fruits because they are cut into fun shapes. It’s very easy to use and very sturdy for what you’re paying for. I would definitely buy this if you have kids and it overall levels up the look of their lunches. Additionally I like to cut up some carrots and cucumbers with these for when I have barbecues and parties and It is a HIT, everyone is so fascinated and always taking pictures of the salads I create.

Ok, I know that's a funny title - but it's true! I have to say I am very pleased with the quality and ability of these vegetable cutters. They easily cut through apple, cucumber, cheese, and yes even a slice of cold pizza (with a bit of twisting) I use these to make shapes and fun for my son's lunches and these are wonderful and make chopping/slicing super fast. If I had to say a drawback at all is that the backs (?) where you push down are still a bit sharp themselves (they'd never cut you, but still quite uncomfortable) with the pizza I had to use a dishtowel to help prevent from my hand hurting. However, that being said it certainly doesn't detract from the quality. I find these to be plenty sharp for my needs and they wash well in the silverware tray in the dishwasher! Can't ask for better than that!

They're a lot of fun to use to keep a kid's lunch exciting. I've used it for carrots, cheese, bread, cookies... It's a bummer that there's a little waste leftover from the extras but it's not much. They do come apart a little bit where the seam is. It's not very noticeable but it does make it a little tougher to get the food out. They're easy to clean and they've lasted forever!

I bought these to pack up banchan I made for a picnic for my employees. I wanted something a little nicer than either reusable ziplock containers or takeout containers. I was really please that these looked exactly like the listing photos and the pink color was true to display. The glass bottoms wash well in the dishwasher. My only complaint is that the smaller containers do not fit with the larger containers inside the pink cooler bag provided. However, given the price point, this is a small complaint. Set is a good price point in comparison to more well known and twice as expensive American brandname food storage containers.

Bastante firmes, de excelente material y acabado, cortan desde frutas suaves, como mango, a quesos y vegetales más duros, como zanahorias y jícama. Si te gusta crear loncheras divertidas y tipo bento, debes tener este juego de cortadores.
