great looking mirror, sturdy
These are good mirrors however you need to do one modification to make them work better. I use them on old Yamaha DT1 enduro's restorations. nice looking, not cheap looking. sturdy once you do the mod.

Nice Mirror
Got this high quality for a 1948 Norton ES2 I restored. Looks great. Nice chrome.

Will NOT fit a 1" bar!
Out of the box this will not fit a 1" handlebar. I elongated the holes and got it bolted on and was disgusted to realize that no matter how tight the mount is ,the mirror moves freely. I'm disgusted with this thing and the hour plus labor to end up with a product that doesn't work.

works
Affordable fix until I can replace stock mount.

Not convex. Might as well install it backwards.
Unusable. The mirror is absolutely not convex. You will only see your shoulder. It's more functional if installed backwards. Only buy this if you're will to spend another $10+ to glue a mirror on to it. Positives: It feels solid. Has some weight to it. Chrome is excellent from my novice opinion. Negative: Doesn't fullfil its #1 purpose. You will definitely have to modify the mount so it stays in place. Adding rubber, a washer, or tighten it an insane amount.

Needs Some Re-engineering
The mirror and stem are nice looking but when installed I could not stop the mirror from twisting at the stem. To alleviate problem I drilled the end of the mount, threaded and installed a stainless set screw. Works well now.
