Acon customer service is the worst. Terrible company
If I could give it less stars I would. We received 2 out of 3 boxes. After a week of the runaround and unresponsive customer service (FedEx said it was lost) we found out Acon had recalled the box. I don’t know why. My son sat waiting every day for it to come and we had to cancel his birthday. Now I have 2 useless opened parts boxes that I have to deal with.

Good solid trampoline with great bounce
Good solid trampoline with great bounce. Only complaints are that my spring cushion came with a tear in it and the safety net was damaged.

Excellent Trampoline - Easy Shipping - Worth the Cost
Good communication from the seller; freight shipping was fast (Minnesota to Milwaukee); set up was easy and the kids love it.The pad is well constructed and feels very substantial. The vinyl covering on the pad is very heavy and thick and looks like it will stand up to years of use. The mat and springs are also high quality with no mis-stiched seams or stray threads hanging out. The net is well designed but was difficult to fasten to the mat with the supplied cord. We ended up using zip ties for this and it went much faster. We were satisfied with the tension on the net after installing the zip ties. The frame is very heavy duty and the tubes are double galvanized (inside and out). I wish the ends of the tubes were deburred or a smoothed a bit as I did get pinched when installing the top of the net to the net support tubes. The instructions were vague at best, but it's not rocket science. I had it fully assembled (minus the safety net) in about an hour. Everything was packaged well and arrived damage-free from the freight company. Lift gate service was provided at no additional charge and the driver took the pallet up my driveway and right to my garage door. I am sticking with 5 stars despite the few minor complaints because it is a high-quality product that beats the big box store versions hands down. Very solid, no sqeaks and good looks. Steve from ACON was also very helpful; he made sure to verify my phone number for the freight company right after I placed the order and I was also notified when my order left ACON's warehouse. The country of origin on this is China. ACON is a Finnish company with ACON USA being the state-side distributor.Update March 2016: We recently had two wind storms that peeled shingles off my roof. My neighbor's trampoline (Walmart/Sam's Club) was obliterated. First the safety net ripped off then the mat broke. All that's left is a bent frame. The Acon tramp? Eh, it moved about a foot across the grass. No damage at all!

trampoline is great. be sure to attach the padded part that goes over the springs before you attach net enclosure. yeah...the net enclosure has issues. 3 of the thin metal pieces that hold the net between the posts snapped at their weakest points - where the screws pass through. i have had to jerry rig my own system of ropes and zip ties in order to hold the net in place. we've had the trampoline for less than a month and my kids use it daily. doesn't look like you can buy replacement metal pieces on the manufacturer's website. not entirely happy about having to fix a $1000 trampoline.

Enclosure broke in a week. Bad customer support.
We've had this trampoline with the "premium" enclosure for less than a month. It has only been used by young children not full-weight adults, and the enclosure has already broken in multiple places. The upper ring of the enclosure uses thin metal rods that attached at the poles. Four of these rods have snapped and are beyond repair. (See photos.) Not what I expected from a trampoline that cost nearly $1000 and a significant safety concern.Making matters worse, I have contacted Acon both via email and phone and have not heard back from them in over a week. I am very disappointed with the quality of the trampoline enclosure and Acon's customer service so far. Think twice before buying this very expensive trampoline.

Well designed, easy assembly, heavy duty.
Although this trampoline is quite a bit more in price than other similarly sized units, after reading other reviews I felt it was worth it. After receiving it and putting it together I still believe it. I like that it has "no weight Limit", more springs than other units, a very heavy cover on the pad compared to others I have owned, assembly was well thought out, and it came with the necessary tools. I also really like the design of the enclosure with the offset poles and metal ring around the top. As others have said that longest part of the assembly was threading the enclosure net to the trampoline loops, but once you figure out how many holes in the net to skip per trampoline loop it wasn't to bad.Two cons I have are; the ends of the metal pieces for the top ring were not wrapped while in the box, so they made indentations on the foam (see the picture, fortunately they did not rip the foam but they could have if the box received any rough handling), and second a few of the lock nuts used to hold the enclosure poles to the trampoline legs seemed to stop tightening, they are holding and the nut on the other end of the u bolt was able to tighten securely but I will probably pick up some replacements. One improvement I would make is to cover the foam padding for the poles with a nylon cover to make them more attractive and durable, they look like the noodles that you use in a swimming pool, and I know the kids are able to tear pieces of the noodles off while playing with them.

Amazon flakes on assembly “no vendors in your area”
High quality. But, I had to run to Home Depot to get a missing nut. Took four of us 4 hours. A lot of work but I sure it will last for years
