I love all the lamp bergere bottle I have had for years. But the wick was done in, it was time to get a new one

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase, I did exactly what was instructed, allowing the wick to soak for 24 hours actually which is a lot longer than needed it lit fine but never stayed lit. My suggestion is apply that $10.00 to the (www.amazon.com/Lampe-Berger-Basic-Catalytic-Burner) for $19.50

They work but not optimal for the Lamp Bergers and should work the same... The burner top takes longer to 'light' than a Lamp Berger brand does and the top and cord is a little too large. It works, but not as well as the Lamp Bergers.

After soaking for over an hour, lighting them and waiting up to 5 minutes before blowing out flame, they do not stay lit. There is no option for a negative rating so they got a 1. Don't waste your money.

In an effort to save money, I purchased these over their brand-name counterpart: Two for less than the price of one, and they look exactly the same, so what could go wrong?One wick works correctly. The second wick wouldn't light after I used it once. It seemed to have a coating or build-up of some type on the carbon part. I tried to clean it, which didn't work. I even tried to scrape off whatever it was on the carbon that was keeping it from lighting, which also didn't work.Ultimately, I ended up with one wick for the price of two. I suppose I could've just as easily ended up with zero wicks for the price of two since I still have no idea why one worked and the other failed. Proceed with caution.

I read the instructions and the burners do not work they are not burning the scent
