what's involved in replacing this bushing?

It’s been a while since I replaced mine but I think all you have to do is remove the steering wheel and if your battery is in the dash remove that to gain access to it. Simple really.

Does anyone know the I.D. Of this bushing?

The bushings are not all the same size. If your steering bushing is whitish, the black bushing will not fit as the hole diameter is too large. Buy a whitish bushing instead.
