I typically don't use my phone while driving. But, I like to know who is calling or texting when I am driving. I alsolike to have it out of the way when charging it in the vehicle. Plus, sometimes I like to watch You Tube music videos when driving. You can rotate your phone with this device to get a wide-angle view.So, this is an AWESOME product and will work with anything! The adhesive sticks to most surfaces and can be removed without destroying the dash. The magnet is so strong that's all you need to hold your device after attaching a thin metal sticker to it.

I have two magnetic mounts including this one. The other is I think more thoughtfully designed, magnetically shielded to protect the electronics, and significantly more expensive.This mount is getting 5 stars and the other 3. This does everything you expect from a magnetic phone mount while be fairly priced. Sure my other mount was magnetically shielded to protect my device but from all the research I did after, it seems that magnetic shielding for smartphones isn't necessary for this strength of magnet. I could be wrong but I have had no issues using either mount for months now.The two plates included for your device are very thin and in fact can be just placed under a lot of phone cases instead of sticking it to the case or the device.The strength of the magnet is very strong and the phone feels very secure but at the same time removing the device by pushing one side back to angle the plate off the magnet opposed to trying to pull it straight off; works great. It is easy to attach and detach and really beats sliding your phone into and out of some spring loaded arms.The magnet also is behind a rubbery casing so it has some give and won't just snap to your phone too hard. I've only tried one other magnetic mount but I know when I need another, I'm going straight to Scosche. If you're looking for a magnetic mount for your phone, this one is easy to recommend.
