Give it three chances to make it stick Before giving up. I thought it sucked at first but I pulled outer piece of paper off and got it a little wet. Then, I pressed it against fridge hard for a few seconds. Then, turned it clockwise and heard it click. This was all done today...so, tomorrow I will see if it is still on my lol fridge nice and strong.

These are actually pretty handy little things. I bought two and used them for a different purpose. The one attaches to my trash can wonderfully, but the other handle fails to attach to my **identical** recycling bin. I have yet to figure out the discrepancy, but I am satisfied enough about the trash can that I consider the purchase a success. (The trash can is auto-open, so there is not real handle... but it goes through batteries so quickly that I cannot keep up. Thus, having a handle fixes the accessability issue.)

I bought this to provide a balance support in the shower, but it would not stick on my tile - it just slides right down. The tile is not rough, but is not totally smooth and glass-like. It sticks fine on the glass above the tile, but that does not help me with the balance support I need.

When it arrived only one side would stick. After rinsing the suction cups with warm water (per instruction), both sides worked and really stuck. There is a small lip that sticks out from the suction cup. I have discovered that if I pull there the handle comes off easily and I can adjust its location. However the metal does not seem as solid, I think it is aluminum. I would not put my whole weight on it when getting out of the tub. For extra support getting in and out of the shower it is good.

Unit works fine , holds tight , did not use the heating up instructions , just cleaned the tiles and applied unit as per instructions . Holding tight for 2 weeks now , unit is small , not a large and heavy handle that I used before but holds better .

Guess I did not realize it was 100% plastic. Not sure if that is good or bad. It adheres but have not doesn't feel very strong. You definitely get what you paid for here.

I bought this to help pull in the swing out kind of windows... the ones with the crank mechanism which is either a pain or breaks. I took out the mechanism so I can just push the window out. But it was difficult to bring in since they are meant to come in with the crank mechanism, obviously. I just use this handle gadget on the window panes and pull it right in. It goes on in a half a second and comes off very easily. It leaves no marks and is super strong. This is a great multipurpose handle... at least for my purpose!
