this really worked with me, and it also made my metabolism faster (it was noticeable) This also helped me schedule my sleep. Just dont take it daily if you dont want to be thinner (because im already thin, and faster metabolism makes me go to the restroom more frequently.

Llevo poco tiempo tomándolo y no puedo hacer una valoración exhaustiva pero por las reseñas que he leído parece que se trata de una de las marcas más usadas en centros hospitalarios y recomendadas por nutricionistas por su pureza libre de excipientes innecesarios. Al ser un bisglicinato no provoca flojera intestinal como otras presentaciones. Yo lo tomo después de cenar y un rato antes de ir a dormir.
