Worst I ever (attempted to) use(d)!
I could not even get it started for use!This felt like I received a horrible practical joke! I kid you not!I removed the lid and was trapped in horrible, clingly goo. A never ending tar jar that took me quite awhile to remove from my hands and clothing.It irritated my skin even before I got to use as a hair remover. So thanks but no thanks!I NEED my money back to pay for all the oils and other sensitive skin products I used to remove the "wax" mess from my clothing and skin.You need to improve your product, STAT...I hope others have more luck!

Convenient
Pricier than making my own sugar wax, but nice to have on hand when I forget to. Worked well.I prefer hard wax though.

hard to work with, turns to plastic feeling
took a long time to melt the wax, and then was super sticky and dried very plasticey feeling.

Good product, it came with broken lid
I’ve purchased this in store previously and knew that I liked the product but when I received it in the mail, the lid was broken so it’s been a pain to use and keep up with as a result since the lid won’t screw on.

Do Not Buy
This product was HORRIBLE. Heated it up by instructions and tested on my hand, ended up with a sticky mess, when trying to see if it would harden I got it on my fingernails and tips of fingers and took FOREVER to get it off. Alcohol and acetone didn’t work, finally found some oil from another wax strip set that was able to take it off. Only good thing to come out of this is that I know to ALWAYS read reviews before buying.

Not For Me
I have tried to get into at-home waxing. I tried using this microwavable wax, and I did not have much success. I even had purchased waxing strips to use with this wax. However, this wax was incredibly messy when removing from the container for use. I also had a hard time getting the wax to be effective for hair removal. Once I applied it and set a waxing strip, removal would often lead to really patchy hair removal. I would always have to shave afterwards to get any missed spots. This turned out to be way more work for not much success in terms of keeping my legs hair-free. I decided to just stick to shaving.
