What makes this book stand out is how incredibly organized it is. Whether you're looking for a specific command, behavior issue, or question, it's super easy to flip to the exact section you need. It even includes troubleshooting tips and sample daily schedules by age, which we found incredibly helpful. Our 8-year-old has really taken more ownership and responsibility with our puppy thanks to this book. For some reason, when we say, “Don’t keep repeating the command—wait 10 seconds to give the puppy time to respond,” it doesn’t quite land. But when the book says it? Instant compliance! It really empowers kids to learn and practice training in a fun, structured way. As a bonus, I took it to our local UPS store and had it spiral bound. Now I can lay it flat on the counter or fold it back and hold it with one hand while training—so convenient!
