I am 44, and have been experiencing many perimenopause symptoms for the past 4 years. Mood swings, depression, night sweats, low sleep quality, v dryness, the works. My Dr. repeatedly dismissed my concerns and the last straw was when she prescribed an antidepressant for my "anxiety.". Over the years I've tried progesterone & estrogen creams with not much change. I decided to give this a try thinking I didn't have much to lose. I was getting a few hours of constantly interrupted sleep each night (I started dreading going to bed even though I was exhausted) and was getting desperate. I am on week 3 of taking Proestro, and I can't believe how much better I am feeling. I am taking 2bcapsules/day, and have not woken up in a pool of sweat since I started. I am sleeping so much better. My depression is lifting and I am starting to feel like myself again. V dryness is not a problem anymore. My symptoms were all on the list of " low estrogen", and I really think Proestro is balancing out my hormone levels. If this was someone else's review, I would probably be a bit sceptical, but it really has helped me out alot. I wish I had found this sooner- maybe could have avoided years of struggles. I will update in the future if it does not continue to help.

For my wife, this product has proven to be absolutely excellent. In just four days of use, she has noticed a radical change; as she is currently experiencing premenopause and anxiety, she has found a sense of balance and comfort thanks to this formula—I would describe it as a fantastic transformation. It is an excellent product; I give it a 10 out of 5.

I saw this had mixed reviews so I went into this purchase under the pretext that this may not work. To give a slight backstory, I've been taking pueraria mirifica for 2 years prior to taking this product. I saw fairly decent growth out of that product from about the 3 month mark until about 6 months before starting Proestro. For the last 6 months taking PM alone I saw zero breast growth. I decided to start this product and was going to give it at least 3 to 4 months to see if there were any differences. I have now been using this going into my 4th month now and I am amazed at the results. To be clear I still take PM daily with this supplement. I started to notice a breast increase almost immediately, no joke. Which was amazing, to say the least! It was about the 2nd week mark I could easily tell my breasts were rounding out and to date the growth and increase I have experienced in 3 months is on par to taking PM for two straight years! One big takeaway is the breast to total body fat increase ratio. With PM you get body fat in other areas and the breasts fill in decent but not by themselves. With this product I've noticed no real increases elsewhere except for my breasts. They have been the only thing filling in honestly. And since I still use PM daily there may still be slight body fat growth, but if so it's been negligible. I have seen zero indications of this and I pay close attention to this. I also notice well any slight differences with everything I do. So anyways, I just wanted to tell my story and my experience with this product. I am very satisfied! Just remember that trying any new product like this you want to give it plenty of time to begin to show results. Thus isn't HRT and you should understand that. But getting legitimate and natural looking results this product should do the trick. And if not you might want to consider supplementing in Pueraria Mirifica daily as well. Those together have given my growth its needed second wind! Muah

I’m on day 3 taking proestro, I’m really looking forward to the relief that most customers have reviewed about! I do feel a little less irritable the last couple of days, mood swings, hot flashes, and daily fatigue are my name symptoms of perimenopause. If mood swings as the first thing to go, I will be so grateful as well as my family! I’ll have to come back and review again once I’ve been taking it longer, but I do feel some relief already so I’m sure if I take it consistently for a few weeks the relief will be felt much more. I love that it’s all natural, and I have had zero negative side effects. I’m really hoping, that like everyone’s reviews, I’ll be back to share my Successful experience as well. 1/2/26 Purchasing this for the 3rd time! After reading numerous 5 star reviews, I purchased a bottle of ProEstro for my wife who is in her mid-forties, and for the past couple of years, has at one time of another experienced bouts of mild depression, anxiety, cramping, headaches, spotty periods and a lack of intimacy in the bedroom, all of which, from things I'd read, are typically experienced by women who are pre-menopausal. Given that our marriage is essentially on the rocks because my wife of 15 years was intending to leave me to go off in search of happiness, I purchased a bottle of ProEstro, which she agreed to take because its herbal supplements, and she feels they are safe, starting with 2 pills twice a day until the first bottle is gone, and then decrease the dosage for the second and subsequent bottles to 1 pill twice a day. The pills are on the large size, and are brownish, but are odorless, and she says they are easy to swallow. She complained of feeling lightheaded when taking them in the morning. When she takes them in the evening with dinner, she has no complaints. Its only been a few days since my wife started taking ProEstro, but her mood has improved. She has an appointment with her doctor next week to have a blood test, which I'm certain will reveal she has a hormonal imbalance. In the meantime, she has agreed to continue to take ProEstro. I will update my review at a later date.

This is Truly Effective before I buy any vitamins/health products I always read the reviews, star matter but I really make my decision off of reviews... As soon as it was delivered I took one within 5 I noticed my sweat started decreasing by a half an hour after I was much calmed, my husband even noticed.... I Thank God and Prayerfully it continues.... I thought it was going to take up to a week or so maybe an Month I believe I read in the review from one person BUT I am in the Pre stage .maybe that's why it's effective right away
