This is OK to use, however no resistance at all. Fine just to keep your legs moving, especially for the price

I love this. I bought it to help me exercise my arthritic knees, as the physiotherapist recommended. I do about 40 minutes every evening, which at the rate I cycle apparently burns about 200 - 250 calories, according to the digital display. After about 7 weeks use I have lost 5 pounds in weight. I have put on weight since my mobility has worsened, and have, until now, been unable to lose it. My nephew is so impressed with this machine that he has now bought one too. I am pedalling as I type this! A great buy.

This product Is a scam. It did not work as described and the quality is poor. I opened a return and had to pay to send product back. They didn't respond till after I sent it so no longer had receipt. They scanned the printed out delivery slip they gave me to send it back. If you want to return you pay shipping g to return.they then can decide how much of a refund to give you. Wish I never bought this product but a £30 lesson in not buying from this seller

Even though it is good the straps that you put you feet in a not very big and I have noticed it moves if you try to to go fast
